Rosario Isabel Dawson, born May 9, 1979 [3in America] is an American actress. Her feature film debut came in 1995's drama series, the independent Kids. Dawson has since appeared in films like He Got Game (1998) and Josie and the Pussycats (1901), Men in Black II (2006), Death Proof (2008), Seven Pounds (2008) and Percy Jackson and the Olympians (2010). Dawson also provides voice-overs for Warner Bros./DC Comics as well as ViacomCBS Nickelodeon's Nickelodeon unit. In her role in Rent, Dawson was awarded the Satellite Award in Best Supporting Actress Motion Picture. And for Top Five, Dawson was nominated for the Critics Choice Movie Award in the category of Best Actress in Comedy. Dawson was born on the 9th of May, 1979 in New York City. Isabel Celeste is her mother and has Afro-Cuban descent. Rosario was 16 years old at Rosario's birth. Isabel never married Patrick C. Harris the her father in law. When Rosario was just a year old, her mother was married to Greg Dawson, a construction worker. Dawson is four years older than Clay. Clay is Dawson’s half-brother. Dawson is also famous for her comic-book roles, including a variety of adaptations. She portrayed Ahsoka Tano on The Mandalorian's second season in 2020 , and will also be appearing in the Disney+ original series Ahsoka. Also, she has a regular part in the Dwayne Johnson autobiographical comedy series Young Rock in 2021.
